The main steps of the work of vulcanization transfer marking

First, prepare the transfer film:

Make a transfer film with the desired pattern or text. Transfer films are usually made of high-temperature resistant materials and coated with a special layer of ink.

Patterns or text can be made on transfer film by screen printing, laser engraving, or other methods.

Second, place the transfer film:

Place the prepared transfer film on the surface of the unvulcanized rubber article. Make sure the transfer film fits snugly against the rubber surface to avoid bubbles and wrinkles.

Third, the vulcanization process:

Rubber products with transfer film are placed in a vulcanization equipment for vulcanization. Under the action of high temperature and high pressure, the rubber undergoes a cross-linking reaction,

and the ink on the transfer film is transferred to the rubber surface.

Vulcanization conditions (temperature, time, and pressure) need to be adjusted to the specific material and equipment to ensure good transfer results.

Fourth, remove the transfer film:

Once the vulcanization is complete, the transfer film is removed from the rubber product. At this point, the pattern or text is already firmly attached to the rubber surface.
